Job Summary: Cybolt is seeking a Project Manager to manage and lead the execution of complex technology projects for government clients, ensuring compliance with requirements, budget, and schedule. We are currently growing and looking for your talent. **PROJECT MANAGER** **Job Objective**: Manage and lead the execution of complex technology projects for government sector clients, ensuring that project requirements are met within the defined scope, budget, and schedule. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders and ensure compliance with government sector-specific regulations and standards. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering in Information Security, Computer Science, or Telecommunications. * Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, Agile frameworks, and general knowledge of IT service project management and process frameworks. **Responsibilities:** **Project Planning:** * Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedules, milestones, and required resources. * Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies. **Project Execution:** * Coordinate and supervise all project activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. * Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and other stakeholders. * Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. **Stakeholder Management:** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government clients. * Facilitate project review meetings and provide periodic reports to stakeholders. * Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations through clear and effective communication. **Benefits:** * Salary: 100% nominal * Direct employment with the company * + 12 vacation days * 15-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation premium * + SGMM + Life insurance * Work modality: CDMX, Hybrid * Working hours: Monday to Friday We value diversity and firmly believe in equal opportunities for all.
