Responsibilities: * Responsible for coordinating the Spare Parts Customer Service Area for laser technology customers in Mexico. * Reviewing the general spare parts email inbox for appropriate customer assignment. * Responsible for receiving and registering inquiries. * Responsible for sending quotations to customers for spare parts. * Keeping the spare parts email inbox updated with relevant customer information. * Providing support to the Service department regarding stock availability and delivery timelines for placed orders. * Coordinating material shipments together with the warehouse staff to fulfill purchase orders. * Maintaining effective communication with the Purchasing department to obtain information on material arrivals.
