OPEN POSITION: Busser or Waiter Assistant BRANCH: Plaza Mundo E, Cd. Satelite LOCATION: Perif. Blvd. Manuel Avila Camacho No. 1007 Int. M04 JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide support in service operations to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a busser or waiter assistant. \- Availability for rotating shifts (variable schedule). \- Excellent service attitude, dynamic with a strong sense of urgency. \- Reside near the area or have no issues with commuting. \- Valid legal documents. \- Employment recommendation letters from at least two previous employers. \- Certificate of no criminal record. WE OFFER: \- Statutory benefits \- Vacation bonus \- Weekly salary payment \- Weekly tips \- Job stability and career growth \- Continuous training PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Clean tables and surrounding areas. \- Remove dirty dishes. \- Reset tables after service completion. \- Know how to bus dishes to and from tables, including clearing cold items. \- Attend to customer requests according to the established service sequence. \- Ensure high-quality customer service. \- Perform deep cleaning of all restaurant areas daily, including condiment stations, sauce dispensers, food menu, and beverage menu. WORK SCHEDULE: \- Monday through Sunday \- One weekday day off \- Rotating shifts (11 AM–8 PM and 1 PM–closing) WORK LOCATION: Plaza Mundo E Shopping Center.
