Order handling, table service, and incident resolution. **Job Objective** Provide courteous, efficient, and professional table service to customers, ensuring an enjoyable experience from order taking through food and beverage delivery, in compliance with the café’s quality and service standards. **Key Responsibilities** Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Present the menu, explain promotions, and address questions about products. Accurately take orders and enter them into the system or on order slips. Serve food and beverages according to established timing and standards. Verify that orders are complete and in good condition before delivery. Clear used dishes and utensils, maintaining table cleanliness. Assist in setting up and breaking down tables before and after service. Handle special requests or customer complaints empathetically and effectively. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and cashier teams to ensure smooth service flow. Comply with hygiene standards, personal appearance requirements, and uniform policy. **Education** Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). **Experience** Minimum 6 months of customer service or restaurant/café service experience. **Knowledge:** Order slip handling and table service. Good hygiene and food handling practices. Basic suggestive selling techniques. Software system operation (as used by the café). **Skills:** Friendliness and service-oriented attitude. Effective communication. Teamwork. Agility and order retention. Conflict resolution and pressure management. **Working Conditions** Salary: $8,450 \- $11,000 MXN monthly (estimated based on Indeed data for similar roles in Veracruz, e.g., "Café Waiter"; adjusted for café or restaurant profiles).
