Your primary responsibilities will be: 1\. Support internal control activities in the teller area. 2\. Supervise and ensure compliance with established procedures and applicable regulations in the teller area. 3\. Manage cash replenishment and excess cash withdrawal requests in the teller area to maintain optimal resource levels that meet operational needs while minimizing excess cash risk. 4\. Conduct unannounced cash counts in the teller area, per applicable regulations. 5\. Authorize inter-teller fund transfers. 6\. Provide counter service regarding CPM's products and services. 7\. Receive cash payments from members for products and services they hold with CPM. 8\. Disburse cash to members for loan disbursements, withdrawals, or any other transactions related to their CPM products and services. 9\. Process remittance payments. 10\. Collect service payments from members. 11\. Perform and support daily opening and closing procedures for the teller area. 12\. Maintain control over the cash assigned to your teller station (limits, collection, replenishment, etc.). 13\. Participate in branch assembly activities. 14\. Promote a culture of savings and investment among members and young savers, as well as foster cooperative values within the work team. What do you need to apply? * + **Education:** High school diploma, vocational high school, technical degree, TSU, incomplete or completed bachelor's degree. * Desire for professional development at CPM. * Interest in continuous learning. * Strong performance record and positive employment history within CPM.
