




Job Summary: Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensure property quality, and manage guest satisfaction to maintain high ratings on platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive property management and guest service. 2. Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 3. Coordinate maintenance activities and regulatory compliance. · Coordinate check-in and check-out for reservations at assigned properties · Conduct random cleaning inspections upon completion of each reservation at assigned properties · Monitor and address guest needs during their stay · Purchase supplies and pay for services for assigned properties, as applicable · Manage and administer the wallet for each assigned property · Keep owners informed about wallet expenditures for their property (via notes and/or invoices for incurred expenses) · Coordinate cleaning services for assigned properties · Follow up on platform requests within agreed timeframes · Accept platform reservations within agreed timeframes · Conduct random visit questionnaires · Ensure properties are in optimal condition for guest reception · Follow up on maintenance requests submitted by the Cleaning Team for assigned properties · Collaborate with Management to resolve guest complaints received via platforms promptly · Ensure replacement and/or repair of damages at assigned properties · Achieve a 5-star rating on Airbnb and a 10/10 rating on Booking from guests, depending on the platform · Enforce the rules and regulations of each assigned property Enforce the rules and regulations specified in each listing of assigned properties across different platforms.
