The ideal person is friendly, highly responsive, organized, and comfortable communicating online, by phone, and in person. They will help manage the lead database, schedule meetings and tours, and make sure every potential client receives timely, professional follow\-up. Best Candidate * Hospitality / hotel / concierge background * Friendly, polished, and client\-facing * Strong English * Organized and responsive * Comfortable with software and lead tracking Main Responsibilities * Respond quickly to new leads by WhatsApp, phone, email, and CRM * Manage and update the lead database * Schedule calls, meetings, property tours, and follow\-ups * Communicate professionally in English and Spanish * Assist with in\-person client meetings and tours * Keep client notes, preferences, and next steps organized * Coordinate with the team so no lead falls through the cracks Requirements * High\-level spoken and written English * Very friendly and personable * Highly responsive and organized * Comfortable online, by phone, and in person * Good with software, calendars, spreadsheets, and CRM systems * Able to drive to meetings and tours * Calm under pressure Sueldo: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 al mes Idioma: * English (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
