Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Worker for Coacero, responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse and distribution operations for construction materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods At **Coacero**, a company dedicated to the commercialization of **construction materials**, we are looking for a **WAREHOUSE WORKER** to help us ensure proper control, organization, and operation of our distribution center. Position Objective Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations to ensure **inventory control, proper storage, loading and unloading of materials**, as well as accurate product distribution to customers. Main Responsibilities * Supervise **receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods**. * Control and track **physical and system-based inventories**. * Coordinate **material loading and unloading**. * Supervise warehouse operational staff (15–20 people). * Ensure **warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety**. * Coordinate delivery routes and distribution logistics. * Prepare **inventory reports, and reports on goods receipts and dispatches**. * Manage shipping and delivery documentation. * Verify proper handling of **construction materials**. Requirements * Reside near the work location **(TEZOYUCA, STATE OF MEXICO)** * Education: **Completed high school or technical degree** (preferably in logistics, administration, or related field). * Minimum **2 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution centers**. * Experience in **inventory management and warehouse control**. * Proficiency in **Excel and inventory control systems**. * Experience supervising staff. * Organizational skills, leadership, and results-oriented mindset.
