Working with us means becoming part of a team committed to excellence and professional growth. **Workplace is at Xtra Park El Salto***.,* San José del Castillo, El Salto, Jalisco. **Job Requirements** * **Completed Bachelor’s Degree** Experience: * 2 years as operations supervisor in warehousing, distribution, and shipping. * Logistics operations, personnel management, inventory management, receiving and reconciliation, safety standards, performance indicators (KPIs). * Advanced knowledge in: problem-solving, effective communication, leadership and team management, daily activity planning, analytical ability. * Excel proficiency * Rotating work schedule every 15 days 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and 9:30 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Saturday Compensation: * Monthly gross salary: $18,230.50 **Monthly net salary: $15,684.04** Monthly food vouchers: $730.00 * Savings fund and food vouchers at 4%. * 100% IMSS contribution Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,230.50 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your current neighborhood and municipality? * What is your mode of transportation?
