Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet and delivery route management Responsibilities: · Coordinate shipment receiving and dispatching · Supervise and coordinate proper storage of goods in assigned warehouses · Schedule and deliver requisitions · Control and supervise inventory handling · Supervise system updates for asset additions and removals (Salesforce and SAE) · Prepare inventory reports (receipts, shipments, turnover) · Schedule delivery routes and drivers for platforms one day in advance · Secure utility vehicles at the office and report malfunctions · Prevent incidents and warehouse deterioration by implementing safety and maintenance measures · Assign tasks to direct reports · Coordinate equipment transfers · Schedule and close freight transactions · Prepare PORT letters · Deliver correct holograms on time · Deliver equipment on time · Achieve full coverage of partial spare parts delivery timelines · Ensure accuracy of spare parts and equipment inventory records · Reduce order entries in Salesforce · Maintain inventory and warehouse organization, order, and cleanliness · Battery charging (new equipment) **Experience**: 2 years coordinating warehouse and logistics for a commercial company **Age**: 25 to 45 years old **Education**: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree / Completed High School Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
