We seek a profile characterized by pure execution capability, immediate responsiveness, and impeccable administrative organization. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Specialized Talent Attraction:** Execute end-to-end recruitment for **operational** and **administrative** positions within the logistics sector. * **Assessment and Screening:** Conduct competency-based interviews, administer psychometric assessments, and follow up on trust-related tests to ensure personnel suitability. * **Indicator Management (SLA):** Prepare compliance reports and vacancy tracking using **Excel**. * **Administrative Control:** Manage personnel files, validate references, and coordinate onboarding with requesting departments. Work location is in **Pesquería, NL**.
