Logistics company seeks: JOB DESCRIPTION: At **Ncargo**, a logistics company specializing in delivery and distribution, we are looking for an **Operations Supervisor**, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising cargo transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and punctuality in distribution. Responsibilities include route management, vehicle and driver scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and team performance supervision. REQUIREMENTS: · 1 year of experience supervising work teams in logistics or related fields. * Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: (Logistics – Last Mile) * Supervise and coordinate daily delivery and pickup operations, including route planning, crew assignment, and workload distribution. * Lead the operational team (messengers, assistants, dispatchers), managing attendance, performance, and conflict resolution. * Ensure adherence to timelines, routes, and quality standards through continuous operational monitoring and use of technological tools. * Track operational KPIs such as delivery effectiveness, returns, and productivity; prepare reports and analyze results. * Manage operational incidents and customer requirements, providing timely solutions and follow-up on special cases. * Coordinate with internal departments (customer service, warehouse, transportation, and technology) to ensure operational efficiency. * Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, optimizing resources, time, and costs. SKILLS: * Knowledge of logistics, transportation management, transportation regulations, and fleet management software. * Ability to lead, motivate, and evaluate staff. * Effective communication, negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail, organizational ability, capacity to work under pressure, proactivity, and customer orientation.
