Job Summary: We are seeking a Picking Supervisor to coordinate teams, prioritize urgent orders, and monitor productivity in picking, packing, and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reduction of order picking errors We are looking for a Picking Supervisor with the following qualifications: \* Team coordination of pickers. \* Prioritization of urgent orders \* Monitoring of team timing and productivity. \* Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping \* Knowledge of inventory management and inventory turnover \* Reduction of order picking errors for customer orders \* Supervision of counts and validations Salary: $16,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
