Mexican company with more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing of plastic containers and accessories, seeking talent to join its team Due to expansion, we are looking for: ***Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor*** *The objective of this position is to efficiently coordinate and supervise daily warehouse staff activities, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished products, in order to guarantee timely and high-quality service to both internal and external customers.* Main responsibilities: * Supervise warehouse personnel. * Verify fulfillment and dispatch of finished products. **Review and approve supply orders.** * Maintain safe, clean, and organized areas. Prepare reports and communicate progress to management. * Coordinate shipments and compliance with regulations. **Inspect forklifts and manage preventive maintenance.** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or related field.** * **Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of inventory management.** * **Skills: leadership, organization, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, and responsibility.** We offer: * Competitive salary of $3,000.00 net weekly. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: profit sharing, grocery vouchers, savings fund. **Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9-18 hrs, with Saturday half-day from 9 to 14 hrs.** Type of position: Full-time Workplace: On-site
