Description

Position Summary: Supervises cold chain logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment, optimizing processes and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Leads logistics operations and flow optimization 2. Manages WMS/SAP and operational KPIs 3. Leads teams in a logistics environment Responsibilities: * Ensure cold chain maintenance (\-18°C to \-23°C) * Inventory control and shrinkage management * Achieve fill rate / OTIF targets * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and shipping * Optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and material flows Competencies: * Operational leadership * Decision-making under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Proficiency in WMS/SAP tools, operational KPIs, FIFO/FEFO, and slotting Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience * Experience in logistics operations * Team leadership experience * Frozen food industry experience preferred Salary: $700\.00 \- $750\.00 per day Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
