**Essential Requirements:** **Description** Position: SMT Quality Leader – Electronics Industry **Location:** Avante Industrial Park, Apodaca **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:36 hrs **Department:** Quality / Manufacturing / Electronics **Minimum Experience:** 2 years in a similar role **Education:** Technical degree or related field **English Requirement:** B2 level (advanced), both oral and written **Job Description:** An electronics-sector company is seeking an **SMT Quality Leader** with proven experience in quality management systems and manufacturing process control. Advanced English proficiency is required for interaction with technical documentation and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** **Schedule and coordinate inspection staff.** * Train the team on quality standards and procedures. * Execute inspection plans and assess product stability. * Analyze data collected from inspections. * Initiate OCAP processes upon detection of anomalies. * Track defects and coordinate corrective actions with other departments. * Support new product introduction (NPI) and development of Control Plans (CP). * Manage hold lists. * Oversee OQC shipments and OBA audits. * Monitor quality of raw materials and finished products. * Supervise inspections of new products and imports/exports. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.). * English at B2 level or higher. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Experience in quality control across the entire SMT process. * Experience in at least one of the following: FATP, IPC-610, or ISO/IATF 16949. * Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, QC, SPC, MSA, CP. * Minimum 2 years of quality experience within the electronics industry.
