Ø Issue required credit notes per customer requests and in accordance with established procedures to record information in the system. Ø Organize and classify Shipping Department documentation, distributing documents to various administrative departments to obtain signed receipts and complete our information delivery process. Ø Daily review of carrier delivery reports, assigning appropriate freight rates to ensure invoices are correctly linked and amounts are in the correct currency (MXN). Education: Completed High School Diploma Schedule: Monday to Saturday; weekly shift rotation.
