At Grupo DUNA, we are seeking: **Shipping Assistant** **Objective:** Support activities related to order assembly process planning, managing finished goods (FG) inventory levels, as well as associated shipping activities for subsequent customer dispatch. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma * **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position * Experience in cycle counting * **Skills:** Honesty, initiative, accountability, and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities:** * Shipment tracking (loading schedules and appointments, quantity verification) * Cycle counting * Ensure goods are placed correctly in contracted transportation vehicles * Verify that billing documentation matches the goods to be shipped—both in volume and item codes—versus the purchase order * Deliver products on time and in full * Verify that materials match the information slip and are in good condition * Load and unload shipments for release and/or shipping processing.
