Coordinate daily order shipment and billing operations, serving as the communication channel between inventory and order status, ensuring policy compliance and quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Initial customer contact regarding daily order shipment and billing operations. Serve as the communication channel for inventory and order status.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and with integrity and ethics.
* Ensure compliance with all security requirements mandated by the company.
* Maintain the Packaging Customer File up to date.
* Process orders from Packaging customers.
* Invoice and post various customer orders in the system.
* Verify finished product inventory and review the weekly production schedule.
* Track and inform customers of purchase order status from receipt through shipment.
* Prepare reports for management:
* Monthly business sales report.
* Monthly on-time material delivery report.
* Support the Packaging Sales Management team on administrative matters.
* Keep Packaging customer price lists up to date.
* Fully comply with the ISO-9001:2008 Quality Management System in the relevant process.
* Coordinate with the Credit and Collections department to onboard new Packaging customers.
* Analyze sales forecasts for submission to Planning.
* Review the production schedule and establish priorities.
* Track raw material procurement with Purchasing.
* Monitor product manufacturing at the plant. Update information (status of open orders, both for customers and for Valspar Sales).
QUALIFICATIONS
* Education: Completed bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Accounting or Administration.
* Required knowledge: Customer service experience or equivalent is preferred.
* Requirements: Microsoft Office, ERP or CRM systems.
