Job Summary: Responsible for managing, supervising, and validating construction documents, architectural restoration, and on-site construction execution for a railway project. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and validate construction documents and architectural restoration projects. 2. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with government agencies. 3. Supervise and monitor architectural execution on site. A large-scale consortium is seeking personnel for a railway project (Querétaro–Irapuato Train) for the position of: **ARCHITECTURAL RESIDENT – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION** **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for managing, supervising, and validating construction documents, architectural restoration, and on-site construction execution, integrating value engineering principles, budgetary control, and heritage conservation criteria. Additionally, serve as a strategic liaison with government agencies and executives responsible for authorizations and oversight of transportation infrastructure projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated and holding a professional license). * Preferred specialization in building construction or transportation infrastructure, project management, or architectural restoration. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 8 years in: * Architectural design of railway and road infrastructure. * Development of construction documents. * On-site supervision and coordination. * Integrated infrastructure project management. * Architectural restoration and conservation. * Multidisciplinary coordination. * Interaction with and follow-up on matters involving government agencies. * Management of authorizations and technical validations. * Federal public works. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and coordinate comprehensive architectural projects for railway and road infrastructure. * Consolidate architectural solutions focused on functionality, comfort, universal accessibility, and aesthetic criteria defined by the client and railway operations. * Prepare and supervise architectural construction documents for railway stations, operational buildings, and complementary infrastructure. * Manage and validate proposals for finishes, materials, and architectural solutions based on value engineering and budget optimization criteria. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising engineering disciplines, urban planning, structural engineering, and building services. * Supervise and monitor correct architectural execution on site, verifying quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to construction documents. * Validate and manage architectural restoration and heritage conservation plans for railway stations. * Serve as the technical and communication liaison with executives, clients, and government agencies responsible for project authorizations and validations. * Coordinate the documentary and technical integration required for authorization processes with government entities. * Manage contractors, suppliers, and specialized consultants to ensure scope, schedule, and cost compliance. * Participate in technical meetings, site inspections, and executive reviews with clients and authorities. * Monitor construction schedules, physical progress, and achievement of project objectives. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety, accessibility, quality, and heritage conservation regulations. **Required Software:** * Advanced AutoCAD. * Revit / BIM. * Microsoft Project. * Advanced Microsoft Office.
