Promotion of a "Zero Accidents" culture and risk mitigation. ### **Who We Are?** We are **"Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions S.A. de C.V."**, dedicated to optimizing the supply chain through our network of warehouses and transportation infrastructure. **OUR VISION:** To be an outstanding integrator of logistics services, guaranteeing quality, service, cost-efficiency, safety, and added value. **OUR MISSION:** To provide logistics solutions grounded in personal, corporate, and social development, achieving business growth and profitability. ### **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a proactive, organized individual with a positive attitude who is passionate about warehousing and logistics and wishes to join our team as a **REGIONAL SUPERVISOR**. ### **Job Responsibilities:** **Compliance and Field Auditing:** * Execute on-site supervision programs to verify compliance with industrial safety protocols, asset maintenance standards, and hygiene and safety requirements. **Stock Integrity and Quality Management:** * Audit inventory reliability by validating stock levels, enforcing strict expiration date controls (FEFO/FIFO), and ensuring accuracy in picking/packing to minimize shrinkage and maximize service levels. **Data Governance and KPI Management:** * Manage the regional control dashboard, performing variance analysis and weekly tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with client objectives. **Talent Management and Labor Relations:** * Oversee the employee lifecycle (hiring, termination, incidents, payroll) and evaluate the performance of middle management. **Technical and Operational Support:** * Provide specialized technical advisory and strategic support to warehouse managers across the Michoacán region to optimize daily operational execution. **Traceability Assurance:** * Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance in the use of tools and methodologies, guaranteeing full traceability of goods at every stage of the supply chain. **Business Continuity Planning (BCP):** * Design and supervise strategic contingency plans to ensure operational continuity (opening/closing) of work centers during critical situations. **Optimization and Corrective Actions:** * Implement action plans and operational adjustments in response to deviations from agreed productivity standards or service levels. **Workforce Planning:** * Optimize organizational structure and shift schedules, ensuring headcount and workload align with operational demand and business seasonality. **Risk Mitigation and Occupational Safety:** * Promote a "Zero Accidents" culture by identifying unsafe conditions and implementing workplace improvements. **Budgetary Control:** * Manage regional operating expenses (OPEX), monitoring monthly budgets to detect financial variances and ensure profitability per business unit. ### **Knowledge in:** * Logistics industry, specifically consumer food and perishable products. * Inventory management system "First Expires, First Out" (FEFO). * Basic inventory handling and manipulation processes (palletizing, stacking, inventory traceability, SKUs). ### **Requirements:** * Availability to travel within the state of Michoacán. * Team leadership experience. * SAP proficiency. * Ability to develop and interpret databases. * Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Transportation Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration degree, or related field. ### **Competencies:** * Situational leadership * Negotiation skills * Strategic vision and risk management * Administrative\-financial control * Analytical thinking * Results orientation ### **What We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Medical services through IMSS. * Overtime pay and bonuses, when applicable. * Uniforms. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Flexible day off. * Birthday leave. ### **Are You Interested?** Apply directly through this channel. ### **PLEASE SUBMIT AN UPDATED RESUME** ### **Join Our Team!**
