We seek a Recruitment Analyst who wishes to consolidate their HR career by participating in structured processes, quality decision-making, and close contact with the organization’s key leaders. Main Responsibilities: 1\.\- Execute talent search, attraction, and selection processes based on the competency model. 2\.\- Contribute to implementing emerging trends in talent search, attraction, and selection. 3\.\- Meet vacancy coverage timelines. 4\.\- Deliver valid and complete candidate information and documentation to Personnel Administration for hiring purposes. 5\.\- Monitor the full and satisfactory integration of newly hired personnel. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in mass operational recruitment. Proficiency in competency-based interviewing. Familiarity with recruitment sourcing channels. Willingness to travel.
