Job Summary: Conduct physical, chemical, mechanical, and pressure tests on products; inspect raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse; and verify measurement equipment to ensure quality control. Job Description and Detailed Activities: • Conduct physical, chemical, mechanical, and pressure tests on products. • Inspect and perform tests (where applicable) on raw materials. • Perform inspections on products in the warehouse. • Randomly inspect distribution routes and shipments as directed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor. • Inspect and verify additive weighing in the mixing area. • Record inspection and test results for products and raw materials in the appropriate forms. • Release, hold, or reject products or raw materials that fail to meet specifications. • Detect and track non-conforming products. • Verify measurement and testing equipment used by Quality Assurance, Production, and Mixing departments. • Conduct inspections and tests on product samples as directed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor. • Report any product, raw material, or measurement equipment non-conformities to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. • Archive inspection, measurement, and test records. • Maintain order and cleanliness in the laboratory.
