You will be responsible for tracking operational and commercial projects, ensuring on-time delivery, interdepartmental coordination, and administrative control of each project. Key responsibilities: ✔ Project and work plan tracking ✔ Minutes, pending items, and follow-up control ✔ Resource and delivery timeline coordination ✔ Report preparation and KPI tracking ✔ Administrative follow-up and weekly billing ✔ Support in commercial proposals and information analysis ✔ Coordination with various internal departments ✔ Risk management and resolution of operational incidents Profile we seek: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field Experience in project tracking and coordination Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile We offer: * Salary: $15,000 gross monthly \+ project-based commissions * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Excellent working environment * Teamwork Apply now and join our team!
