Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to ensure accurate demand forecasting and optimize supply chain processes in manufacturing plants. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as a key liaison for interdepartmental communication We Are Looking For: * Production Planner Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience as a Production Planner * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of manufacturing plants Objective: * Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of product or service demand to efficiently align procurement, production, distribution, and sales processes, thereby optimizing resources, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities: * Sales forecast management * Analyze and manage demand based on historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal cycles. * Generate forecasts considering plant operational capacity and workforce planning evaluation. * "Evaluate forecast against assigned commercial budget for the period." * Data analysis * "Interpret sales volumes against forecast and historical data to identify consumption patterns." * "Develop information for operational meetings and monthly S\&OP meetings." * Calculate data required to feed the MRP and MPS systems. * Inventory optimization * "Ensure inventory is maintained at optimal levels, avoiding stockouts or overstocking." * "Assess the impact of demand on inventory turnover and working capital efficiency." * MRP projection and analysis * Interdepartmental communication * Serve as the liaison between key departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics. * Facilitate the flow of information to support data-driven decision-making * Continuous improvement * "Evaluate and implement improvements to demand planning processes." * "Train the team on new tools and methodologies."
