Review of classification mechanisms for accurate categorization A leading company in the logistics sector is looking to hire a **Maneuvers and Appointment/Shipping Scheduler**. If you have experience in this field, are dynamic, eager to grow, and wish to learn more about this exciting industry, we recommend you apply. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * File review for release, customs declarations (pedimentos), and bills of lading (BLs) (where applicable). * Review of complete files and scanning of documentation for processing with the terminal. * Knowledge of appointment scheduling at various terminals. * Customs declarations (pedimentos) and submission of documents for cargo payment. * BL revalidation for payment purposes. * Review of classification mechanisms for accurate categorization. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
