The ideal candidate possesses: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or TSU in Production Processes. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles within operational environments. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer applications, statistics, basic mathematics, and data analysis. * **Attitude:** Customer orientation, strong ethical awareness, and adaptability to rotating shifts. Your Key Responsibilities: As a key member of our Operations Management team, your responsibilities will include: * **Data Management:** Prepare daily production reports, monthly performance indicators, and scrap charts to support decision-making. * **Control and Verification:** Cross-check production data against sales and shipping records, ensuring every entry complies with quality standards and ISO 9001\. * **Operational Support:** Collaborate with the Process Engineering department and monitor the materials logbook. * **Inventory Management:** Conduct monthly closings for accounting and control of consumables (strapping bands, paint, and materials).
