Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or bachelor's degree holder to supervise and restructure production and logistics processes, ensuring quality and operational team development within the food industry. Team development and continuous improvement **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$40,000 gross** * Statutory benefits from day one * Financial support for gasoline **Location and Schedule** Av. de la Solidaridad Iberoamericana, Las Pintitas, Jalisco (near Pintitas Health Center) Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Supervise Production, Warehouse, and Shipping team leaders * Restructure and standardize production and logistics processes * Implement and monitor KPIs for productivity, waste, inventory, and deliveries * Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and ISO 9001 * Guarantee traceability and operational control via ERP * Develop the operational team by reinforcing discipline and continuous improvement **Requirements** * Completed engineering or bachelor's degree – mandatory * Experience in similar roles within the food industry or superfoods sector * Knowledge and application of food industry regulations and quality management systems (ISO 9001\) * Experience monitoring operational KPIs (efficiency, waste, inventory, on-time delivery) * ERP proficiency for inventory control and traceability (Odoo experience preferred) If you have experience leading operations in the food industry and seek a challenge with direct impact on business efficiency and growth, apply now!
