Therefore, we seek young professionals with vision, energy, and passion who wish to grow professionally within a Mexican company with global impact. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Identifying risks within the supply chain. * In case of spills, consult the corresponding Emergency Plan document. * Compare actual arrival times at branches against scheduled arrival times. * Real-time tracking of dispatch guides. * Assisting in coordinating local and external operational staff for required services. * Maintaining constant communication with local and external operational staff. * Documenting product inflows and outflows. * Verifying product integrity. * Documenting and recording product characteristics where required (e.g., weight, dimensions, temperature control, etc.). * Verifying scheduling and delivery of active services. **We offer:** * Transportation allowance of ***$3,000 per month*** (*subject to increase based on time commitment*) * Potential for direct hiring * Flexible schedules (Business hours: ***Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.*** and ***Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.***) **What we’re looking for in you:** Passion for the logistics sector Strong communication skills Planning and coordination skills A natural inclination toward organization and continuous improvement Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and commitment Desire to grow within a Mexican company with a global vision Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Degree program in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (Internship candidate or current student) Position type: Internship / Practicum Contract duration: 3 months Work location: On-site
