




Job Summary: This role provides effective support to the assigned account's operations, ensuring weekly client requirements are met and assisting the Operations Coordinator to streamline shipping processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in monitoring emails, client groups, and carriers. 2. Assistance with document reception and review. 3. Support in updating internal systems and generating reports. **JOB PURPOSE** Provide effective support to the assigned account’s operations in meeting the client’s weekly requirements, supporting the Operations Coordinator’s responsibilities to expedite the shipment process. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (List activities)** 1\. Support monitoring of emails, client groups, and carriers. 2\. Assist with receipt and review of documents submitted by the client (CCP, Lay\-Out, DODA, ENTRY, BOL, and POD). 3\. Monitor the status of units collecting the client’s cargo from various warehouses. 4\. Support sending reports to the client via email. 5\. Support updating data in the internal system (G24\). 6\. Assist in creating PROs (purchase orders), verifying references, Bill to Customer, origins, and destinations with support from the Operations Coordinator. 7\. Enter data for assigned units into the system. 8\. Verify that instruction letters are in the system. 9\. Support completing reports requested by the client. 10\. Assist in closing shipments and verifying that PODs are in the system. 11\. Cover for the Operations Coordinator during absences or vacations. **REQUIREMENTS** **Schedule: 1:00 AM\- 8:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.** 18 years of age or older. Languages: English 20%\-40% (written and spoken preferred). Education and Training: Technical degree, completed high school, engineering or bachelor’s degree (preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). Willingness to travel: Occasionally; visa preferred. Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge: · Proficiency in MS Office (basic). · Knowledge of KPIs (optional). Skills: · Written and verbal communication skills (basic). · Adherence to rules and procedures. · Availability for work (shift rotation and overtime).
