REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Intermediate Excel skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with loading/unloading time windows by dispatching units according to scheduled transit times, performing accurate system dispatches, and physically verifying all checklist items during dispatch, with emphasis on: * Reviewing and validating customer loading/unloading documentation, as well as asset documentation (tractors and trailers), to ensure compliance with operational requirements. * Reviewing and validating completion of the dispatch checklist to ensure all required verifications are completed before unit departure. * Inspecting and securing unit seals to comply with security protocols and maintain cargo integrity. * Verifying and confirming operator and unit availability at the branch to fulfill scheduled loads. * Capturing and archiving photographic evidence of unit dispatches to document cargo condition and prevent discrepancies upon arrival.
