Position Summary: ATC Group seeks a Unit Dispatcher to ensure documentation validation, checklist compliance, and the safety of units and operators. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Intermediate Excel skills Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation companies or similar positions Office software proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: * \-Review and validate customer cargo loading/unloading documentation, as well as asset documentation (tractors and trailers), to ensure compliance with operational requirements. * \-Review and validate dispatch checklist completion to ensure all required verifications have been performed prior to unit departure. * \-Generate and link customer data to the operations platform to share real-time cargo status. * \-Verify and ensure operator compliance with PPE requirements to guarantee their safety and regulatory compliance. * \-Inspect and verify unit seals to comply with security protocols and ensure cargo integrity. **SCHEDULE:** * 2 DAYS ON DAY SHIFT: 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM * 2 DAYS ON NIGHT SHIFT: 7:00 PM TO 7:00 AM * 2 DAYS OFF (In some weeks, a 5th workday may be required due to operational needs; additional compensation is provided separately from base salary.)
