With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** * Ensure that processed products (pasteurized and/or aseptic single-strength juices) meet established quality and food safety parameters by performing physicochemical analyses and applying release criteria for product shipment. **Location:** Huichihuayán, S.L.P. **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Willingness to relocate. **Key Responsibilities:** * + Perform physicochemical and organoleptic analyses on juice-in-process, identifying and reporting deviations for timely correction to comply with internal and customer specifications. * Verify and calibrate laboratory equipment using the resources specified in calibration forms to ensure accurate results. * Apply the 5S methodology to maintain order and cleanliness in your area, contributing to quality standards. * Ensure equipment release in accordance with cleaning standards, meeting product safety and quality requirements, as well as timely and accurate completion of corresponding forms. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of physicochemical analyses. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits.
