Viatris Healthcare México S. de R.L. de C.V Viatris is a global healthcare company uniquely positioned to bridge the traditional divide between generics and brands, combining the best of both to more holistically address healthcare needs globally. With a mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life, we provide access at scale, currently supplying high\-quality medicines to approximately 1 billion patients around the world annually and touching all of life's moments, from birth to the end of life, acute conditions to chronic diseases. We have been included on number of award lists that demonstrate the impact we are making. Every day, we rise to the challenge of making a difference—and this is how the Medical Representative will make an impact: Generating demand for assigned products within their territory and therapeutic class to achieve sales objectives, through scientifically rich medical visits to primary care physicians and specialists; government institutions; private and public hospitals; key customers with basic formularies—private and decentralized; distributors; and pharmacies. Ensuring product availability under their responsibility by developing a strong internal and external collaboration network—including key opinion leader physicians and medical societies. Maintaining continuous training in sales techniques and scientific knowledge. Analyzing market conditions (DDD, Close\-Up, inventories, etc.) to develop focused and efficient strategies and tactics, thereby ethically allocating resources in their territory (EMC investment, medical samples, promotional materials, etc.) in compliance with policies. Proactive participation within their district and with local teams, marketing, medical, and commercial functions. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Generating demand for medications, primarily among high-prescribing primary care physicians and specialists. * Broad scientific, product, and competitive knowledge. Familiarity with clinical studies. Ability to clearly convey pathological characteristics and treatment alternatives across various therapeutic areas, offering effective and safe treatment options. * Ensuring availability of our products through pharmacy visits, tracking commercial strategies and value-added programs. Verifying stock levels and distribution of various SKUs at national/regional/local chain retail points of sale in synergy with commercial teams. Monitoring contract progress with government institutions and decentralized and private basic formularies in synergy with KAMs. * Developing strong relationships with external customers, key opinion leaders, medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies. Working closely with hospital residents and visiting specialist physicians through differentiated service. * Establishing collaborative networks with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to leverage synergies and joint efforts. * Increasing market share and meeting sales targets while fulfilling productivity metrics: medical visits, pharmacy visits, average daily visit count. Efficiently and rapidly executing EMC resources and marketing-planned activities targeting physicians. * Capitalizing on market opportunities and pursuing new business, with comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies and efficient field execution. Effectively communicating commercial strategies—and associated patient benefits—to physicians. Analyzing their territory and executing tactical plans, making timely and proactive decisions with consistent communication. Minimum qualifications for this role: * Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed) in health sciences, business administration, or marketing. * Language: English preferred. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Technical Competencies: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Behavioral Competencies: * Advanced sales technical skills. * Accountability. * Flexibility and agility in adapting to change. * Ability to learn quickly and easily. Scheduling Requirements: * Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% field-based. * Travel Availability: High. * Relocation Requirement: Moderate. At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others. Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer. \#LI\-Remote
