* Maintain effective communication with the coordinator to maintain logistics control. * It is the supervisor's responsibility to have the required information regarding the status of units and monitoring status whenever requested by the employer. * Supervision of incidents and reports, management of logs, activation of panic buttons, sending route reports, recording unit entries and exits. * Creation of manuals and processes to improve supervision and logistics. * Monitoring GPS of local and foreign vehicles. * Control of unauthorized or illicit stops. * Follow-up with drivers and also with incidents reported by drivers. * Communicate and follow up on incidents, report to competent authorities when necessary. * The supervisor will be responsible for requesting deposits needed by staff, regarding route deposits, meals, repairs, and diesel refills. * As a supervisor, you will also be fully responsible for the entire operation from the start of the route until its completion. * Our operation is exclusively with freight transportation. * We require your full experience to successfully carry out operations without incidents.
