Together with our business partners, we have developed innovative transportation solutions, always focused on commitment to quality, technology, and safety—what sets us apart from our competitors. **Logistics Coordinator** The person responsible for directing the proper execution of the company’s operational activities, attending to and coordinating requests from each assigned account, maintaining control over units and drivers to meet transportation requirements and ensure optimal service for internal and external customers. **Typical Responsibilities** * Plan equipment and work trips, coordinating operator assignments by shift and according to customer needs, verifying that operational staff comply with their scheduled working periods. * Supervise that all units in operation meet company requirements and that their documentation is complete. * Dispatch operators with units for timely fuel supply when required, verifying that mileage and corresponding cost center registration are consistently performed during loading processes, in coordination with the Diesel Department. * Promptly address customer needs by holding periodic meetings to gather feedback on the service provided. * Conduct meetings with assigned operators to deliver safety talks and/or recommendations, and to inform them of company policies. * Timely address customer requests for special units, coordinating and controlling equipment based on their positioning and actual availability. **Competency-Based Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field. * Advanced knowledge and use of Excel and ability to learn new specialized systems.
