REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: \*Importation \*Quotations \*Cost estimation \*Label preparation \*Customs clearance * Administer maintenance, preparation, and routing of purchase orders. * Prepare accurate shipping invoices. * Settle invoices promptly. * Maintain communication with airlines and trucking companies to ensure rapid pickup and distribution of shipments. * Organize same-day deliveries whenever possible. * Review purchase orders and shipment contents before releasing them from our facilities. * Track and analyze incorrect shipments to prevent recurrence. * Respond to customer inquiries and refer them to appropriate channels. * Ensure the quality of all services and processes within the facilities.
