Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations, and coordinate with suppliers We are looking for: A candidate for the Logistics Controller position to work in Ecatepec de Morelos, México, Mexico. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper planning, control, and monitoring of logistics flows (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods), guaranteeing on-time deliveries, inventory optimization, and distribution efficiency. **Technical Knowledge:** * Logistics and distribution planning * Inventory control (FIFO / FEFO) * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Logistics KPIs (OTIF, Fill Rate, Lead Time) * Warehouse management * Routes and transportation * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field **Experience:** ---------------- * 2–4 years in logistics, distribution, or inventory control (preferably in manufacturing) **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate shipment and customer delivery scheduling. * Monitor transportation route compliance and delivery timelines. * Control inventory levels (raw materials and finished goods). * Track production orders in coordination with the production department. * Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations (FIFO, FEFO). * Coordinate with transportation providers (internal or external). * Prepare logistics reports (deliveries, incidents, costs, timelines). * Identify deviations in logistics processes and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with safety and material handling policies. * Control logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipping guides).
