Your daily tasks will include controlling and organizing goods, customer service, and coordinating logistics processes. This is a full-time position performed on-site in Santa Rosa de Jáuregui, QUE. **Position Objective:** Support in the receiving, storage, consolidation, and dispatch of materials, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, delivery timelines, and quality and safety standards established by the organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Packing materials according to customer requirements. * Receiving and coordinating shipments with suppliers (e.g., heat treatment). * Organizing, loading, unloading, and replenishing production lines using forklifts. * Controlling inventory of packaging materials. * Handling and managing burrs and scrap. * Operating and performing basic adjustments on the parts and trays washing machine. * Sending samples to the laboratory and transferring parts to the next operation. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. * Reporting performance indicators to the Logistics Coordinator. * Complying with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and internal quality and environmental procedures. **Technical Skills (Hard Skills):** * Forklift operation (essential). * Knowledge of logistics and inventory management. * Basic ERP system handling. * Operation and basic adjustments of washing equipment. * Level 1 machinery maintenance. * Computer equipment operation. * Basic English (desirable). **Soft Skills (Soft Skills):** * Proactivity. * Responsibility and commitment. * Organization and orderliness at work. * Ability to work independently. * Problem-solving. * Availability and teamwork. **Academic Requirements and Experience:** * Technical degree in logistics (preferred). * 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields. * Experience in the automotive industry is desirable. * Knowledge and adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
