We invest in talent eager to grow within collaborative and dynamic environments. **Job Objective:** Support the coordination and tracking of domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and proper import/export documentation management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments. * Prepare, review, and control transportation and international trade documentation. * Manage the issuance of waybills. * Support import and export processes. * Track suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers. * Ensure compliance with current customs and logistics regulations. **Requirements:** * Intermediate-to-advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Knowledge of customs law and international trade. * Familiarity with Incoterms. * Experience in import and export processes. * Knowledge of waybill preparation. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Sense of urgency. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $18,000 * Monday to Friday * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability * Development opportunities in a global environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
