We are one of the top-positioned companies in our sector nationwide and are currently experiencing rapid growth. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily shipping and outbound logistics activities. * Direct supervision of drivers and assistants. * Verification of quality standards and processes. * Interdepartmental coordination. * Delivery tracking. * Process optimization. * Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Data entry into the Odoo system. * Completion and review of department-specific forms. **Qualifications** * Team leadership * Effective communication * Organization and control * Critical thinking and conflict resolution * Ability to work under pressure * Customer orientation **Experience** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **2–3 years** of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehousing. * ERP system knowledge. * Experience managing operational staff. * Ability to interpret sales orders. Fixed shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
