Your Responsibilities: * Maximize sales through effective commercial strategies and opportunity closure. * Drive growth of key accounts with logistics and technology solutions. * Prospect and evaluate new business opportunities within the logistics sector. * Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle with S&P 500 companies through contract closure. * Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at S&P 500 companies. * Analyze market trends and competition to develop differentiated strategies. * Generate executive reports with KPIs and forecasts using CRM. * Represent OTIF at industry events and forums to promote the brand. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Business, Logistics, or related field. * Experience managing accounts in Retail, Automotive, Construction, Steel, Electronics, Consumer Goods, and Bottling industries (mandatory). * Minimum 4 years in business development or corporate sales within logistics/transportation (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of the Mexican logistics market and freight/transportation landscape (mandatory). * Experience in B2B sales, full-cycle sales process, and negotiation with S&P 500 clients. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and commercial analytics tools. * Outstanding negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
