Customer Reception, Greeting, and Screening * **Greeting Protocol:** Greet each visitor with a warm, professional attitude aligned with the automotive brand’s hospitality standards. * **Purpose Identification:** Politely inquire whether the customer has a scheduled service appointment, is visiting to view new or used vehicles, parts, or administrative procedures. * **Efficient Routing:** Ensure the customer is immediately directed to the appropriate advisor, avoiding situations where the person waits unattended in the *showroom* or waiting area. 2\.
