OBJECTIVE: To coordinate national-level operations ensuring the proper functioning of telecommunications sites, right-of-way areas, hydrocarbon facilities, and real estate properties, while strictly monitoring contractual and regulatory compliance. Requirements: \- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (Candidate or Graduate). \- Experience: Entry-level \- Knowledge: Administrative Law, Telecommunications Law, and/or Contract Law What will you do? \- Obtain Construction Licenses, Operating Licenses, Signage Licenses, Land Use Permits, Alignment Permits, Official Number Assignments, Civil Protection Approvals, and other permits and procedures before municipal governments and government agencies. \- Draft legal documents. \- Conduct legal analyses, provide legal advisory services to clients, and negotiate contract closures. \- Track expert quotations, reimbursements, and professional fees. \- Meet KPIs (monthly/annual).
