Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Executive for domestic and international freight forwarding to develop customers, with experience in selling import and export services. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and continuous training Commercial executive for domestic and international freight forwarding across all modes (FCL, LCL, AIR, FTL, LTL), developing customers requiring these services. \*Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent and stable experience in the role, selling maritime, air, and land import/export services within a Freight Forwarder. Knowledge of customs procedures and international regulations, Incoterms. Management of KPIs (Profit, Profitability) and CRM. \*Responsibilities: Prospecting new customers. Scheduling meetings with potential clients. Providing quotations to clients promptly and accurately. Selling logistics services (FCL, LCL, AIR, FTL, LTL). Recording commercial activities in CRM. Complying with internal formats and processes (Booking request, new client meeting, SOP, Handover to Operations). Meeting monthly targets. Participating in trade fairs and networking events. Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of logistics operations with commercial needs. Quoting FCL / LCL / FTL and customs clearance services. Requesting necessary documents from clients as required. Follow-ups using indicators and KPIs. Submitting booking requests promptly and accurately. \*Qualities: Effective communication. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactivity. Accountability. Negotiation skills. Honesty and trustworthiness. \*Skills: Advanced English (spoken and written). Excel. ERP or CRM.
