




Job Summary: Ensure timely delivery of materials and provide up-to-date information on order status by managing procurement and importation logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the logistics of material procurement and importation. 2. Keeps delivery timelines and order status information up to date. 3. Collaborates with suppliers and internal departments to resolve deviations. **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure timely delivery of materials required by Procurement and provide timely information regarding order status. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Ensure timely delivery of materials ordered from suppliers according to agreed timelines. * Ensure logistics for material procurement, obtaining necessary documentation for importation and entry of materials. Securing accurate information among Suppliers, Importation, and Supply departments. * Notify the Procurement or Quotation department of any deviation from purchase order terms to obtain a resolution. * Notify requestors of any delays or deviations in deliveries. * Ensure shipment date information is available in the system. * Maintain the Delivery Time database up to date. * Obtain information on alternative products and manage them in the system in case of obsolescence or stockouts. * Ensure and confirm ETAs to perform supplier evaluation and measurement. * Perform any other duties as required and aligned with the position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Comply with the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment procedures. * Know and adhere to departmental procedures registered in the SGI. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:**1 year in procurement or customer service. **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Basic concepts of importation and trade. 2. Problem solving. 3. Basic knowledge of supply chain. 4. Customer service. 5. Negotiation. **LANGUAGES:**Advanced English
