You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct shipment of goods, meeting high standards of quality, delivery times, and documentation. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and verify outgoing shipments, ensuring that the merchandise matches the order. * Manage documentation (waybills, shipping letters, manifests). * Record and control inventory in systems (Excel, ERP). * Communicate delays or incidents to the operations department or client. * Collaborate with carriers to ensure efficient delivery. * Support tracking and continuous improvement of logistics processes. Requirements * Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory systems, and waybills. * Computer skills: Excel and ERP systems. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Proactive attitude and immediate availability. * Day shift, full time.
