




Job Summary: Backend-focused Application Support Engineer (AMS) responsible for managing incidents, analyzing issues, deploying fixes, and ensuring availability in Azure and AWS environments. Key Highlights: 1. L2/L3 support for applications using Azure and AWS technologies. 2. Collaboration with DevOps, infrastructure, development, and business teams. 3. Automation of operational tasks and root cause analysis. **Profile: Application Support Engineer (AMS) – Azure & AWS, Backend Focus** **Key Responsibilities** * ✅ Handle incidents and requests within SLA (L2/L3 levels). * ✅ Analyze and resolve backend issues (logic errors, performance bottlenecks, integrations). * ✅ Deploy fixes and enhancements via CI/CD pipelines. * ✅ Monitor production applications on Azure and AWS (logs, metrics, traces). * ✅ Manage cloud configurations (PaaS/IaaS services). * ✅ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and propose preventive improvements. * ✅ Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, development, and business teams. * ✅ Analyze impacts and perform change validations (Change Management) and release validations. * ✅ Automate operational tasks (scripts, jobs, processes). * ✅ Ensure application security, availability, and scalability.
