Position Objective To timely and accurately register local and foreign customer orders in the SAI system and in Excel, ensuring correct integration of information from initial contact with sales management through final delivery, with the purpose of guaranteeing customer service and satisfaction, operational continuity, and traceability of the commercial process. Responsibilities * Capture foreign orders in the SAI system. * Enter orders into Excel. * Follow up on customer orders. * Archive and organize documentation, either physically or electronically. * Physically deliver orders to the shipping area, communicating specific instructions if necessary. * Send safety data sheets and/or quality certificates to customers.
