Achieve sales, margin, profit, and inventory budgets POSITION MISSION: Ensure implementation of the current Store Operations Model, observing compliance with policies and procedures; achieve established budgets—or exceed them—regarding sales, margin, profit, and inventory, as well as meet operational metric targets, including but not limited to PyGO, Shrinkage, Markdowns, TLCBS, PCNG, APEAS, and P\+B.
